General terms and ordering

Choose the quantity of games and enter your contact and delivery details on the website. Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). Before payment, the checkout page shows the product price, delivery fee, applied discount and final total. An order that has already been created retains its recorded total.

Payment and order status

For online payment, you are taken to Flitt’s secure payment page. Available payment methods are shown there. This website does not collect card numbers or CVV codes, and does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges.

Your order status updates after confirmation from the payment provider. Returning to the store page alone does not mean payment was successful. You can check the status in the same browser or contact us with your order number. Automatic order confirmation emails are not currently sent.

Delivery

Delivery is free for the customer: the checkout delivery fee is 0 GEL. Shipping is provided by Logisticswise. We will confirm the estimated timeframe before payment, based on your address and the carrier’s schedule — please contact us before ordering. Using a carrier does not change the seller’s obligations or your statutory rights.

Withdrawing from an online purchase

Where provided by law, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Send us a clear statement of your decision before the deadline, for example by email.

After sending the notice, you must return the item without delay, and no later than 7 calendar days, unless we undertake to collect it ourselves. The customer bears the direct return cost, except where the trader agrees to bear it or failed to provide advance information about that cost.

The refund, including standard delivery costs, is made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notice. It is made using the same payment method unless another method, free of charge, has been agreed. The refund may be withheld until the item or evidence of its shipment is received — whichever comes first — unless we collect the item ourselves.

Use beyond the inspection necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value where provided by law. Opening the packaging alone does not cancel statutory rights.

If an item is defective

For defective goods, statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund remain in effect under the conditions established by law. These rights are independent of the no-reason return period. Contact us about the problem.
