Who processes your data?

Order information

When you order, we store your full name, email, phone, city, address, optional comment, quantity, prices, discount code and amount, order number, payment and fulfillment status, and creation and update times.

We use this information to process the order, arrange delivery, check payment and consider your request. Do not include unnecessary personal or card information in the comment.

Flitt’s payment page

The order number, description, email, amount and currency are sent to Flitt. Card details are entered on Flitt’s page; our order form does not collect the full card number or CVV.

When payment is confirmed, the store verifies the provider’s notification. Payment event records contain the signature, order number, provider payment number and status; the provider’s full notification and card fields are not stored in those records.

Browser storage and technical records

• The access code for your order status is saved in your browser’s local storage with the corresponding order number. It lets you check the status and a history of up to 20 orders in the same browser. Only the access code, order number and save time are stored; contact information and a copy of the payment status are not stored. Removing a history entry only removes access in this browser; it does not cancel the order. Clearing browser data also removes this access.
• Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie protected by security settings. It is not a customer advertising cookie.
• Website and hosting technical records may include the request time, address, IP, error or order number. They are needed to check operation and security.

On the current homepage, the YouTube video loads after you choose “Watch video”. Your browser then connects to YouTube; on the old-design comparison page, the embedded video may load when the page opens. We use youtube-nocookie.com. Third-party processing is covered by Google’s policy.

No analytics or advertising tracker has been added to the current store version, and automatic marketing emails are not sent.

Phone verification and SMS

When the SMS service is enabled, your phone number and one-time code message are sent to Ubill for phone verification. After confirmed payment, your order number and amount are sent to the same number. These messages are not advertising. Do not share the code with anyone.

To limit SMS abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile’s security check and a protected cookie associated with the browser. Stored verification data, sending attempts and limits are needed to check the code and prevent repeated sending. The code and phone number are not saved in persistent browser storage.

Who has access, and how long is data retained?

Orders are stored in the store’s database and are accessible to an authorized administrator. Payment data is sent to Flitt for the relevant purpose. To arrange delivery, Logisticswise receives the necessary name, phone, address and order delivery information. Card details and account access codes are not sent to the carrier.

Requests about your data

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by contacting Nika@megvineoba.ge. We consider requests individually, with appropriate identity checks and taking lawful retention obligations into account. Do not send card details or passwords.
