Vines. Wine.
Our story.

In Winery, every region and grape variety brings a real Georgian tradition to the table.

Qvevri — a tradition kept in clay
8 000years of winemaking

From the wine cellar to the shared table

Wine ferments and rests in a qvevri, a clay vessel buried in the earth. Families pass this knowledge from one generation to the next. The harvest, the wine cellar and gathering together are all part of the tradition.

In 2013, the traditional qvevri winemaking method was added to UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
